Laksa with shrimp balls
Laksa is a spicy noodle dish popular in Southeast Asia. Laksa consists of various types of noodles, most commonly thick rice noodles, with toppings such as chicken or prawn.
INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PERSONS- Yellow Curry Coco broth
- 200g shrimps - frozen or fresh
- 3 tablespoons of panko/bread crumbs
- 100g spinach
- 50g soy sprouts
- 150g noodles
- Toppings: cilantro, chili flakes
Boil some water to cook your noodles in. Cook them according to the packaging.
In a small blender, mix the shrimps until they have the look of a paste, then add the panko and some salt. Form small balls of the paste you have made. Of the 200g I made 10 balls.
Add some olive oil (or sesame oil if you have it) in your pan and fry the shrimp balls for about 4-5 minutes on a medium heat.
Meanwhile, cook your Brouillon.
Put your noodles in your bowl, add the heated Brouillon, add the spinach and soy sprouts. Top off with some chili flakes and cilantro.
