Ramen soup with Brussels sprouts

Nothing beats the specific flavor of Brussels sprouts. Grill them with some seasoning on top and be surprised of the taste! 


INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PERSONS

- Miso Mushroom Broth
- 100g noodles
- 100g spinach
- 300g Brussels sprouts
- 4 table spoons of sweet soy sauce (or soy sauce with some honey)
- 2 fresh eggs
- Toppings: sesame seeds



PREPARATION

Heat your oven at 180 degrees. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half, place them in a oven tray, add the sweet soy sauce and toss. Once on temperature, put the Brussels sprouts in the oven for about 10 minutes. 

Cook some water for the eggs and cook them semi hard boiled in 6-7 minutes. 

Cook some water for the noodles and cook them according the packaging. Make sure to stir from time to time. 

Fry your spinach until they have shrunk. 

Heat Brouillon until freakish hot. 

Place the noodles in a bowl, add Brouillon, the veggies and sesame seeds.
