Simple chicken curry

This dish is not the most fancy one, but made for you when it needs to go quick. 

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PERSONS

- Yellow Curry Coco broth
- 200g chicken filet
- 100g soy sprouts
- 50g spinach
- 175g rice
- Cashew nuts



PREPARATION

Cook the rice like mentioned on the packaging. 

Cut the chicken in smaller pieces, heat up a pan with some olive oil and add the chicken. Bake them until done. 

Grill some cashew nuts until golden brown. 

Boil your Brouillon and add the spinach and soy sprouts for the last minute. 

Enjoy your meal!
