Tortellini soup with minced meat and spinach

Classic, but so good. To enjoy while watching a good movie. 


- Italian Tomato broth
250g tortellini (ex. cheese or spinach-ricotta)
- 50g spinach
- 150g minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 80ml cream


Start boiling water for the tortellini.

Heat some olive oil on a low heat and add onion and garlic. Stir occasionally. Then add the minced meat and fry until golden brown.

Cook the tortellini according to package directions.

Heat the Brouillon until it boils and then add the cream and spinach.

Arrange the tortellini in your soup bowl, add the minced meat and pour over the Brouillon.
