Ramen with sweet miso glazed balls

This one is a keeper! Very easy meat balls and together with the ramen and fresh vegetables you have a lovely meal soup with a good balance between sweet and sour.

- Miso Mushroom
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 spring onion
- 150g minced beef
- 1 el red miso paste
- 2.5 el honey
- 100g ramen noodles
- 1 (baby) paksoi
- 75g sugarsnaps
- Toppings: coriander

Mix the finely chopped garlic, ginger and spring onion through the meat. Add the miso paste and 1/2 of the honey. Mix well and roll small balls the size of a big walnut.

Heat up some water for the ramen noodles. Cook them according to the packaging.

Finely chop the paksoi and cut the sugar snaps in half. Cook them with the noodles, paksoi for about 5 min, sugar snaps just 1 minute.

Heat up the pan, add some neutral oil and bake them goldbrown. Add the other 1/2 of the honey in the pan and roll the miso balls around in it. Bake until they caramelize.

Heat up your Brouillon, poor everything in a bowl and top off with some coriander.
