Home made dim sums with Miso Mushroom

It's seems a lot of work, but honestly, it will take you 20 minutes! Home made dim sums for the win! This is a smaller dish, more like a lunch. 
The tricky part is finding the dim sum/wonton patties. Not to be find in a classic supermarket, but go look for it in the asian supermarket in the freezer. 

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PERSONS

- Miso Mushroom
- 200g minced meat
- 1 small onion cut in small pieces
- 2 finely grated garlic cloves
- 1 el grated ginger
- 2 tbs of milk
- 1 tbs of maizena
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 sesame oil
- Salt & pepper
- 12 patties for dim sums or wontons
- Toppings: spring onion, sesame oil and soy sauce


PREPARATION

Put together the meat, onion, garlic cloves, ginger, milk, maizena, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt and pepper together and mix. 

Rub a bit of water on two sides of the patty, fill it with the filling. Fold it to one side to form a triangle and close the sides. Then make 3 foldings on each side. 
Place them on a plate with some maizena while making the rest of the dim sums.   

Place a pan with some sesame oil on a high heat and place all the dim sums in it. 

After 3 minutes, add some water and put on the lid to let them steam for about 4 minutes.

Add hot Miso Mushroom broth, the dim sums, some spring onion, sesame oil and soy sauce.
